Tips for exercise with grace & action over 50


1 Do it when it feels right for you. Whether it’s morning or evening. Do it when it feels right for you.


2 Focus on strength and flexibility. Incorporate strength training exercises to maintain muscle mass and support bone health. Adding flexibility exercises, like yoga or stretching, can improve joint mobility and reduce the risk of injury.

3. Start slowly and progress gradually. If you're new to exercise or returning after a break, begin with low-impact activities like walking or swimming. Gradually increase intensity and duration to avoid overexertion and injuries.


4. Listen to your body and pay attention to how your body responds to different exercises. Rest when needed and modify exercises to accommodate any physical limitations or discomfort. Regular check-ins with a healthcare provider can also help tailor your fitness routine to your needs.

Who remembers WII 😂? I still have mine and I use it faithfully exercising for fun. In our home health business, we work with our clients to help them to stay agile and they love it. #WomenInBusiness


As you age 🙌🏽, exercise is important. Not just to look good & feel good, but to stay healthy too. They told me I was diabetic and exercise will help me keep my A1C in check. I listened.. it works. 🙏🏽😀
